We’re so happy you’re here. By shopping with Bug and Mama Crafts, you’re agreeing to the terms below. We promise to keep it simple, fair, and clear.
✨ Our Handmade Promise
Every item is handmade (often with coffee in hand ☕😉), which means:
• Slight variations in color, placement, or pattern may occur
• No two items are 100% identical
• That’s part of the charm of handmade!
We do our very best to photograph items accurately, but screen colors may vary slightly.
🎨 Custom & Personalized Orders
We LOVE creating custom pieces!
Before placing your order, please double-check:
• Spelling
• Colors
• Design details
Once your order goes into production, changes or cancellations can’t be made.
Custom items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
💳 Payments
Payment is due at the time of checkout.
Orders will not begin until payment is received in full.
⏳ Processing & Shipping
Our current processing time is 5–7 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
Once your order ships:
• You’ll receive tracking information
• Delivery times depend on the postal carrier
• We are not responsible for postal delays or incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order!
📦 Returns & Issues
Because our items are handmade and often customized, we do accept returns or exchanges on most items the only items we don't accept returns on final sale items or personalized items. For returns and exchanges please fill out the return and exchanges form.

All photos, designs, and branding belong to Bug and Mama Crafts. Please do not copy, reproduce, or use our designs without permission.
